If given the question I beleive Safo would answer it carefully and to his best ability by saying, the rise of technology cannot be disapated but there it should be controled to a certain degree. The rise of technology is so quick that its hard to understand how any of the technology even works these days, where manufacturers will get a head of themselves with a project but just a month later leap foward with a new one. If technology keeps growing at this pace then the government may have too much control that citizens may not enjoy such as the DNA testing for identification. It is just a warning to watch the rise of technology with care.
