Customer Service

It is important that coffee shop employees not act like individuals from the employer's perspective because they are hired to make whatever company they work for look good. The employees must make sure that their company has a good reputation, and is well represented. If an employer is selfish and rude and only caring about themself, then the customer is unlikely to come back again and will most likely spread the word to friends about how poorly treated they were at the particular place.

I think its important for employees to not act like individals becasue they're all here to create an image. An image thats supposed to be the same for everyone not just people who want the image. By signing the contract for the job you agree to doing whatever your employer asks you to do, and if you dont want to comply with it than you should quit. It would only cause conflict if you choose to go against your employer.
