Coffee shop

Since most companies are focusing on customer service, all that the employers of the coffee shops care about is friendly service with a smile. Other than the great product, good, friendly staff are believed to be the deciding factor in whether or not customers will come back or not. Because of this, it is important to maintain that image to complete sales and to encourage regular visits from customers.

Coffee Shop Service

Employer's just want their employees to represent a smiling face and friendly attitude no matter how rude the customer is. The service workers are the face of the company, and the company wants its customers to be impressed enough to return and keep giving them business. If an employee would offend a customer, that customer would most likely not return and would maybe even convince others to stop providing business to that shop. That is why it is important to employers for the employees to not be noticed unless it is for their good attitude, and to simply provide the service that the customers expect.
