Coffee Shop Service

Employer's just want their employees to represent a smiling face and friendly attitude no matter how rude the customer is. The service workers are the face of the company, and the company wants its customers to be impressed enough to return and keep giving them business. If an employee would offend a customer, that customer would most likely not return and would maybe even convince others to stop providing business to that shop. That is why it is important to employers for the employees to not be noticed unless it is for their good attitude, and to simply provide the service that the customers expect.

I know exactly what you're saying about the expectations of the customers. Since the friendly staff is being advertised, customers come with expectations, and then judge the store by how well their expectations were met. Because of this, it is extremely important that thier expectations are met, to get the customers to come back.

I agree the employer wants customers to return and if the employee is rude and not happy to be working there it will show and the customer will not want to return and tell other people not to go there.

I agree with your statement. As like what I had said, the customer is always right, so therefore, the employees must represent a smiling and friendly face. If the customers are not satisfied then the buisness will not be good.
