Saffo might answer a critic by saying that he is not trying to outlaw technology but he is just trying to stop the levels and ways identities are being taken and stolen and that as technology grow and becomes better that it will be easier to copy some id. And even though the technology is out there does not mean that it has to be used for everything that involves very personal information.
