Kelman, New Orleans, Football Stadiums-Tim Fisher
Kelman basically believes that New Orleans is one of the dumber creations that mankind has ever made. The city is completely surrounded by monstrous levees that hold out the enormous amount of water that would otherwise engulf it. Kelman believes that this city, and apparently football stadiums, should be forgotten about.

I agree with how he states that Keilman believes that the sad, and tragic truth is that New Orleans should be forgotten about
We can continue to view this as a horrific event, which undoubtly it is, but overall people need to see that America has came together to overcome this problem ,and we hsould not be afraid of nature because it can strike us anywhere we are.
I think you need to add more support to your arguement. It wouldn't hurt to proofread too.
