Life Without Health Insurance

Meredith Clark makes a great claim in her article "Life Without Health Insurance" about how people between the ages of 18 to 25 do not have life insurance. However, Clark's claim in this article has been stated by many other people. What makes Clark's article unique is the fact that she isn't strictly using statistics, she is speaking out of personal experience. Clark has had her own health problems when she was uninsured. Clark's knowledge on the topic comes from personal experience and therefore makes the article more personal and a lot more informative.

The article is a lot more informative and personal, because Clark used her personal experience. Rather than just statistics, it makes you feel more like a person talking to you, any normal person who actually knows this issue from personal experience. If someone just wrote a statistic and never actually been in the shoes of thoes people then you can tell.
