Interstate Highway
Nixon says that a new highway is needed because there is a significant increase in the number of cars using them and many deaths are being caused due to the ineffective highways. This problem is intended to solve convience problems and safety problems.
The Vice-President has some convincing arguments of how the road system is the cause of many deaths and is very hazardous to drive on. The Vice-President also tells us that even our national security is at risk. He states that an inadequate road system during an atomic attack would be catastrophic.
