Coffee Shop Response

It is important that coffee shop employees not act like individuals because in reality it doesn't matter to a company who you are, but just how you can when it comes to representing their company. As long as an employee is nice and friendly towards a customer, even if the customer is not acting the same, thats all that matters to the company. A company wants their employees to represent them in a very positive way, at all times, so that customers will continue to come back.

I agree that they do not care about you individuality, but I also think that they care more about the employees representing thier name well

You hit the nail on the head with this one. The company doesn't care you their employees are and they shouldn't have to. All they care about is that the employee is doing what they want and not wasting company money.
