It is very important from the employers perspective for the employees to not act as individuals becuase it would be misrepresentation of the company. The company wants overall one representation of their products in a freindly way that will be received well by the costumer, and if all the employees act in their indivualistic style the products may be misrepresented which may be detrimental to the company.

I think that many employees do not think about the fact that they are representing the company's products by working for them and serving those products to the public. They should realize that what they do and say at work effects people's opinions about the company.
I think your right, you hit the mark here. Employees should be able to do what their emplyer asks or they should quit.
