Coffee Shops

It is important for a coffee shop employee to not act like an individual since they are working for a company. The company would like to promote a happpy, friendly atmosphere and would like their employees to smile and be kind to everyone even the rude customers. The company would like to comtinue making business and would like customers to return. The company would like the customers to tell other people how nice the employees are not how bad they were treated.
